Rick Van Sickle has been involved with public school technology for the past 25 years. He retired from Widefield School District #3 in Colorado Springs in 2006, where he served as the Director of Technology for 5 years. While at Widefield he was in charge of the E-Rate program for the distirct. He has also been invloved with technology planning at both the district and state level.
Jim Abrahamsen has been in education since 1975. He has worked in many different aspects of education, from a teacher to Technology Director and retired from Sheridan School District as Executive Director of Operations and Technology in 2009. While at Sheridan School District, he was in-charge of submitting E-rate application since 1998, the inception of E-rate. Also he was a leader in technology planning at the district and state levels. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for The Colorado Association of Leaders in Educational Technology (CALET) a sub association of Colorado Association of School Executives (CASE) since 2005.
Rick and Jim now offer their experience to schools and districts that may not have the time, staff, or experience to get Federal reimburesement for dollars they are entitled to. We are available to help those schools and districts who can benefit from our services.
